The first step to take to do port sauce It consists of tempering the broth of chicken or chicken over low heat or, if you prefer, in the microwave for a few minutes.

Once you have the warm broth, you have to mix it with the flour and beat it all together. You must beat until the flour is completely integrated and there are no lumps.

When the flour is well mixed with the broth, you have to place the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes at medium-high power to continue with the preparation of the port sauce.

After two minutes, you must beat the mixture again and bring it back to the microwave for another 1 minute at 780 W.

Finally, remove the bowl from the microwave and add the butter and the port wine to mix everything well, until there is a homogeneous sauce. And ready!
