How to make sushi

  • 250 grams of sushi rice
  • 370 cl of water
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch of sugar and salt
  • Nori seaweed
  • 70 grams of raw salmon
  • Half carrot
  • Half cucumber
  • Soy sauce
  • Optional: wasabi and gari sushi

How to make homemade makis

  1. First you will have to wash the sushi rice: to do this put it in a colander and while the tap water falls, remove it with your hands for 2 and 5 minutes.
