How to prepare homemade muesli

We wash the oats in a strainer with water, drain and put it in a deep bowl.


Add the cup of water or orange juice, cover the bowl and let rest in a cool place or in the fridge overnight.


In the morning, we add the wheat and the rice to the oatmeal mixture we had previously prepared.


They also peel the nuts and they are chopped if they are large, as well as the rest of the fruit. We can add what we like most: nuts, dates, dried apricots, prunes, apples, berries, strawberries, mango, kiwi ...


Can sweeten with sugar or honey, and we will have it ready to have a good bowl of muesli with milk or yogurt.
