In this video we explain how to make a rose with a carrot to decorate dishes, a very original way to present your dishes. You will need to:- carrot
- knife
- absorbent paper
- surface where it does not stick
For starting to make the rose, you should have clean the carrot. For the widest part, cut very thin slices. With about ten you will have enough. Next, place the slices of carrot on absorbent paper and remove the water. On some material that does not stick, you must place the sheets of carrot creating a column and overlapping at the end. Once you have them all placed, you should roll them very carefully.The last step is to take this roll and cut it in the middle. Place it on the plate where you are going to make decor and open the petals of the rose made with carrot.
Tips- Better than the big carrot.
- With a large knife it will be easier to cut the carrot.
