Mix in a bowl the flour, salt and yeast.

After the dough has fermented, cut it into 2 or 3 portions and smooth it until it is fine (depending on how you like it).

Finally, cover the dough with the ingredients you like best and that's it! Put the pizza in the oven, and wait until it is golden brown.

Tips
  • If before putting the ingredients we let the dough rest for 35-40 minutes more, instead of thin and crispy, the pizza will be thicker and spongy.
