How to make a golden brown with garlic sauce

Dorada is a fish Very tasty, with a very fine meat, and very appreciated, in the culinary art, that's why here I present, one of the many ways to cook this fish. The dorado with garlic sauce can be accompanied by many foods, potatoes, salad, peppers, lemon, all are delicious with this great fish.

You will need to:
  • 4 medium gold
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 glass of sherry vinegar
  • 200g green beans
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped pejejil

Take the gilthead, salt and pepper and put them in a pan with olive oil, which we will brown.


When they are golden brown, we place them on a baking sheet.


Grease the tray with oil and put the golden brown, skin side down.


We peel the garlic.


We cut the garlic into thin slices and brown them in the same pan where we have made the dorado along with the chilli pepper.


When golden brown, add the sherry vinegar and chopped parsley, and let it reduce a little.


They are served with the garlic sauce on top and can be accompanied with some green beans in julienne or with other steamed vegetables.
