Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Bread crumbs

The first thing we have to do is clean, peel and cut the potatoes and cook them in a pot with water and a pinch of oil. Meanwhile, we will prepare the rest of our hamburger and, for this, we will chop the garlic and onion and mix them with the fresh spinach. We will add some oil in a pan and when it is hot we add it and sauté.

After 3 or 4 minutes, turn off the heat, put the mixture in the fridge for about 20 or 30 minutes and then give it the shape of a hamburger. Finally, pass them through a pan with a splash of oil and that's it!

On this occasion we propose a perfect dish for dinner time since it has two ideal ingredients for this last moment of the day: proteins (from cottage cheese) and fruit (tomato). With this dish you will be able to fill your body with interesting nutrients and, in addition, you will give it the calories it needs without, thus, gaining extra weight.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 kilo of cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup peppermint
  • 1/4 cup rosemary
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch ground whole pepper
  • 4 salad tomatoes

Ingredients (for 1 or 2 people)

  • 2 avocados or avocado
  • ½ purple onion
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 lemon

Other delicious recipe for Monday without meat It is that of piquillo peppers stuffed with tortillas. It is a very simple dish to prepare and, in addition, it has a combination of flavors that you will surely love. To make a plate for 4 people, you will need:

  • 12 piquillo peppers
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • Sugar
  • Water

We start this vegetarian recipe by putting a little oil in a pan, while it is warming up, we will chop the garlic and, immediately, we will add them in the pan and sauté them with a little flour. At this time we will add the wine and let it evaporate keeping the fire at a medium-low temperature.

Apart, we will crush the parsley with a little water and then strain it and add it to the pan with a little sauce. Stir to prevent the ingredients from sticking or burning, if you see fit, lower the heat.
