How to make homemade custard

Who doesn't like Custard? Surely the custard is one of the favorite desserts for all family members, they are also a post of easy preparation and economic. You can decorate it as you want and surely all your guests will be delighted. In we give you the recipe to make homemade custard.

  • 2 egg yolks
  • cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon peel
  • sugar
  • milk
  • vanilla aroma
  • ground cinnamon

Put boil 1 liter of milk in a saucepan, if you want to make custard for 4 people. Add the lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Let everything simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the milk makes bubbles.


Remove from the heat the boiled milk with cinnamon and lemon and let cool.


In a cup, mix the sugar (8 tablespoons flat), the vanilla aroma and the beaten egg yolks.


Pour into the saucepan where you had boiled milk this mixture and stir well.


Once we have the homogeneous mixture, put it on the fire for another 15 minutes. Keep the fire low and turn continuously so that lumps do not form.


You can remove the fire from the Custard and serve in small containers and garnish with a cookie or waffle and some ground cinnamon. You will see what success!
